Prayers for you my friend!
God, I ask that you will bring relief to Anthony now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ whose bruised and bloodied body gives us permission to come boldly to You with all our petitions and request! So Jehovah Rapha please begin to spread Your healing over Anthony like a balm of cool relief on a hot humid summer day. Lord, let him begin to rest and allow him a break from the 3 beats more than his heartbeat of pain. Lord, begin to streamline all of his pain and just let him go easy and rest rather than try to respond or do things! I pray Holy Spirit infused healing and comfort on his now unnumb arm. I ask all of this in Jesus name. Amen.

I’m surprised by your pain on the first day. That was the only day I didn’t have pain because my entire shoulder and arm was numb. I could see my arm, of course, but I couldn’t feel anything. The next day was quite different.
I’m sorry you’re into the pain so soon. May the Lord comfort you! Hang tough, and DO YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPY no matter what. As Maximus said, what we do in physical therapy echos in the rest of our lives; or something like that.
