Justice Scalia was one of a rare breed of principled, God-fearing men, never afraid to speak the truth, even when public opinion might be drifting in a different direction.
Justice Scalia believed that the Constitution of the United States was not something to be twisted into an adulterated tool of political correctness. He also decried the current tendency of the Supreme Court to “make law” instead of simply interpreting it.
